At Monday's Parish Council meeting, PC Richard Neville from Leicestershire Police provided an update on recent crime in the village.
There is currently a spate of car thefts, particularly involving cars with keyless entry. If you have a car with keyless ignition, please keep your keys away from the front door!

Please note that the play equipment within the fenced area of Hathern Park is being repainted on the week commencing 16th September. As such, the play area will be closed for that week.

We have found out that Shepshed Waste Site will be closed from today, for 12 weeks.
Unfortunately this information didn't come from Leicestershire County Council, we're trying to find out why.
